• solder: WLBGA, FCBGA, SMD, PTH, QFN, QFP, LQFP,r BGA rework etc.or
• good trouble shooting skills and soldering and De soldering skills
• Should have basic knowledge of managing spares inventory or preparing and maintaining service report and job sheets.
• Ability to understand Schematics, board files and Gerber

• Electronics, electronic board level servicing.
• Candidate should have a ITI/diploma in Electronics or equivalent or with 5-8 yrs experience in electronic board level servicing.
• Should have capability to solder: WLBGA, FCBGA, SMD, PTH, QFN, QFP, LQFP,r BGA rework etc.or
• Should have good trouble shooting skills and soldering and De soldering skills.
• Ability to understand Schematics, board files and Gerber
• Should have basic knowledge of managing spares inventory or preparing and maintaining service report and job sheets.
• Should be willing to travel customer/Manufacturing facility for debugging place if required.
• Should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
