Job Description
Profile: Candidate will be responsible for
* Development of process for different automotive assemblies which includes Body parts / Transmission etc * Machine selection based on the process requirement
*

Preperation of Equipment specifications
*Plant layout and line layout preperation
* Jig / Fixture / Machine manufacturing Supplier follow up for timely completion of project
Project schedule control, supplier control and working closely with other departments to achieve timely completion of each milestones
* Pre production trials and tuning for achieving quality requirement
* Achive Quality, Productivity and cost targets during project execution

Skill set RequiredUndestanding of Engineering Drawings
Understanding of GD and T
Knowledge of developing assembly process from product drawing Knowledge of Engine/Transmission parts assembly process Knowledge of PPAP documents like; PFD, FMEA and CP Knowledge of JIG specifications and Design review Process layout preperations
Installation of New Jigs, Fixtures, machines and equipments Managing pre production activity schedule
