Position description / Job description- Conduct thorough investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports, documenting findings, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC documentation, adhering to company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel to investigate laboratory-related discrepancies.
- Analyze data trends to identify potential quality issues and proactively implement preventative measures.
- Participate in internal and external audits, demonstrating proficiency in QC documentation and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of QC processes and documentation.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
We're looking for you, if:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Control role within a regulated industry.
- Proven experience in investigating OOS, OOT, and laboratory investigations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw valid conclusions.
- Exceptional documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and collaboration.
