Field Complaint handling- replacement
OEM- Field complaint handling ( FARM & INDUSTRIAL )
OEM - Complaint Handling-----(In WorkS/ at production facility)
Regular OEM dealer visits - Pro - active approach for spot complaint handling,.
Perception building- campaigns attendings,
Retraders visit - Retread analysis/ Product evaluation- perception building
Performance Follow - up of tires.
Competitors tyre performance data generation- comparative
Claim tyre settlements- Follow up with end customers.
Test Tires : follow ups; inspections- Product evaluations-
Fitment surveys- product evaluations
Competitors Activities- new release/ policy changes /performance etc
Audit :Audit of the claim adjusted tyres by sales authorised personnel.
Market support activities :
Attending village meets- demand / awareness generation
Consumer conversions- specific targeted consumers / opinion makers
Campaigns - joint task in market yards for customer education & confidence building.
Dealer counter décor activities- brand building - awareness.
Fleet adaptation & conversions - confidence building.
Dealer confidence generation- thru specific conversion & dissolving stocks.
