▪ MBA or other post-graduate degrees in finance.
▪ 5+ years of experience in areas such as IPC, private equity, investment banking,
management consulting, real estate investment management, or real estate
development.
▪ Expertise in financial modeling/analysis and presentation.
▪ Experience in real estate valuation and investment management
