Job Summary:
The Front Desk cum Admin Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role includes handling front office reception, general administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor logs and ensure visitors sign in/out appropriately
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and correspondence
Administrative Support:
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., housekeeping, pantry, stationery)
Support HR/Finance/Operations teams in administrative tasks as needed
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Maintain and update contact lists, employee directories, and admin records
Office Management:
Ensure the front office area is tidy and presentable at all times
Manage conference room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are clean and equipped
Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs
General Tasks:
Prepare and maintain reports (attendance, asset tracking, admin expenses, etc.)
Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing welcome kits and ID cards
Handle petty cash and submit expense reports
Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Strong attention to detail
