This is a rapidly growing startup company in the tea industry, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tea Auction Operations Manager to lead and develop a key revenue stream.

• Supervise stakeholder registration and training.
• Manage pre-sale and post-auction operations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of tea auctions and related intricacies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the tea industry across various regions.
• Head a revenue channel, overseeing all aspects of operations.
• Manage invoicing, credit/debit notes, and security deposit refunds.
• Collaborate with various functional units (Technology, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Admin, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, etc.).
• Update website content in coordination with the marketing team.

We're looking for you, if:

• You possess in-depth knowledge of tea auctions and the industry.
• You have 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably within a startup environment.
• You possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You are proficient in managing invoicing and financial processes.
• You have moderate to good technological exposure and understanding.
• You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• You are willing to travel as needed.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Commerce, or similar) is preferred.
• Experience with contract management (transporters, courier agencies, IT service providers etc.) is a plus.
