Education:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering.o MBA or Management Course from a Tier I/II institute.
Certifications:
o PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
Experience:
o Minimum 10 years of core experience in ship repair/shipbuilding, with
hands-on exposure to dry docks and afloat repairs.
o Overall professional experience of 15+ years, including leadership roles in
reputed shipyards or naval dockyards.
o Experience in setting up or scaling ship repair operations is a plus.Key Competencies:
