We are seeking an experienced and motivated IB Diploma Programme Coordinator to oversee the
implementation and administration of the IB DP. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of the IB philosophy and a passion for promoting academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate the overall delivery of the IB Diploma Programme, ensuring compliance with IB
standards.
● Collaborate with faculty to develop and enhance the curriculum and assessment strategies.
● Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development.
● Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff related to IB pedagogy and
assessment.
● Manage communication with students, parents, and the IB organization.
● Organize and oversee IB assessments, examinations, and related administrative tasks.
● Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learners.
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree. Bachelor’s in Education or a related field
● Minimum 5 years of experience in the IB Diploma Programme is required.
