Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Identify and deliver thought leadership and automation/Gen-AI marketing transformation ideas that will provide growth and productivity opportunities
- Lead design and implementation of new marketing operating models between our clients and agency services team. It will encompass people, process, technology and governance within and across marketing organizations in order to meet desired business outcomes for long term agency outsourcing deals.
- Lead optimization effort of the implemented operating model and work directly with client senior leadership to roll-out transformational changes.
- Evaluates and streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency
- Lead implementation engagements of new workflow, technology and/or agile ways of working
- Lead the assessment of organizational and marketer capability gaps in areas such as insights, segmentation & portfolio strategy, marketing strategy & planning, and customer engagement in a digital age
- Co-create and shape Capability Strategies and Plans across skills, processes, organization, people, culture, and technology to deliver tangible results
- Lead the design, development and delivery, engaging and inspiring programs to close capability gaps, including but not limited to learning experiences, solution workshops, and change management
- Operate as a Marketing transformation subject matter expert within the organization to ensure teams and processes are operating at a high standard, employing best practice, and maintaining expertise
- Foster a culture of continual learning, ensuring direct team members feel strong leadership support, a respective environment, challenged and on the edge of performance media practices
- Act as liaison with all other functions to ensure business initiatives receive necessary focus
- Serve as a consultant to business and marketing stakeholders to establish and implement repeatable blueprints for marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and saturation
- Client relationship management:
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders for you and your team
- Develop strong working relationship with key client stakeholders and proactively address their needs for your work streams
- Respond to client requests in non-standard situations, investigating all the possibilities for a solution
- Act as the contact for escalation and issue resolution arising from work stream related activities
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):
- MBA preferred, Bachelors degree required
- 15+ years at consulting organization or media agency.
- 8+ years working in Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- 10+ years of experience in leading transformations within complex organizational environments
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, customer data platforms, web, analytics tools, and other relevant MarTech solutions
- 8+ years MarTech automation / transformation experience that lead to streamlining processes
- Proven track record of aggressively evolving the Martech stack and connecting capabilities based on business priorities
