Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-obsessed Associate Inside & Digital Sales Representative. This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance through solution selling, customer engagement, and effective territory and business management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance

• Achieve overall sales targets, including those for key products, by generating demand in the assigned territory.

• Drive successful product and service launches.

• Meet key sales metrics including daily call averages, product messaging, personal order bookings, and business growth.

• Balance account management with outbound sales efforts across multiple communication channels.

Solution Selling & Customer Engagement

• Learn and apply solution selling techniques effectively.

• Demonstrate technical proficiency and strong communication skills with veterinary practices and related professionals.

• Build lasting customer relationships and ensure adherence to promotional guidelines.

Territory Management & Collaboration

• Execute a structured call cycle to meet territory engagement goals.

• Develop and implement a territory business plan, including optimal use of resources.

• Conduct onboarding calls for new customers.

• Use CRM tools to identify growth opportunities and track customer interactions.

• Meet activity expectations, including call volumes and customer touchpoints.

• Collaborate professionally with internal teams, demonstrating integrity, compliance, and a team-first attitude.

Professional Development

• Complete individual development plans and show a willingness to grow professionally.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.

• Experience in animal health or related industries is a plus.

• Self-starter with a detail-oriented, results-driven mindset.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong follow-through and professional conduct.

Technical Skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
