Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-connected and experienced Liaison Manager with at least 10 years of experience in managing government approvals and statutory clearances for construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of regulatory processes and strong relationships with local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all statutory approvals from government departments including Town Planning, Municipal Corporation, RERA, Fire Department, Environmental Authorities, and others.
Liaise with various regulatory bodies to obtain permissions for land use, layout sanction, building plan approval, commencement and occupancy certificates.
Ensure compliance with all local laws and government regulations related to construction and real estate.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with government officials and consultants to expedite approvals.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of documentation, applications, follow-ups, and approvals. Manage site inspections, legal documentation, and assist in resolving land or regulatory issues.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Law, Civil Engineering, or Urban Planning).
