Role Description
In this role,you will be responsible for planning and executing team coordination for
breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and managing
spare parts inventory.
Your responsibilities
• Maintaining & Monitoring documents related maintenance PM, BM, spare parts. ...
• Planning & Execution of coordinate to the team Breakdown maintenance, Preventive
Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance.
• Planning & monitoring the spare parts to maintain the stock to avoid the stoppage of the
machine.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human-Machine
Interface (HMI) systems, specifically Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Delta. Possess hands-on
experience with application communication protocols and the ability to independently
troubleshoot and resolve system failures.
• Planning & Execution of new projects & layout modification with CFT team.
• Develop Maintenance Procedure & ensure the implementation.
• Plan and oversee all repair & installation activities.• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep team members.
• Manage the relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Knowledge about MTTR, MTBF, OEE, technical availability, TPM, of machine’s.
• To analysis the break down to initiate the corrective & preventive action.
• To improve the machine reliability at bottleneck process.
• Basic Knowledge about the DG, Compressor, LT & HT power system, Solar plant.
• Basic Knowledge about energy saving topics & improve the energy efficiency of plant.
• Knowledge about the CNC Machines VMC, HMC & conventional machines.
• Basic Knowledge about MS office (Word, excel, PowerPoint etc..).Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 5-7 years of
experience and strong technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulics,
and Pneumatics.
Very good Communication skills
Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating and leading team members.Job location: Hosur, India
