Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
Involve in TA projects.
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) ...
Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Stay up to date on recruitment strategies /Participate in job fairs and career events
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.
Explore market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
Conducts first level job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment requirements & queries
