Position: Manager / Assistant Manager - Investment Banking (Equity Capital Markets / Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity) Job Description / Responsibilities • Ability to work with Sector Leads across diverse industries and Investment Banking products on pitches, new idea generation, and execution of mandated transactions • Take complete ownership of and prepare transaction collaterals viz. teasers, information memorandum, financial models etc.• Assist team in Business pitch documents• Core team member of deal execution team (across Equity Capital Markets M&A, PE Syndication,)• Assist team members for new business development through calls / establishing new connects with companies and funds• Create and update sector-wise industry newsletters Job Specific Skills • Deep understanding of detailed financial models • Strong understanding of the concepts of valuations, e.g., DCF, Trading multiples & Comparable Transaction analyses, etc.• High level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability and dedication to meet strict and aggressive deadlines, while multi-tasking on projects• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail• Experience in data mining / information collation from various sources including Bloomberg, VCCedge etc. • Prior relevant experience handling Investment Banking transactions Educational Qualification MBA or CA or CFA
