The MIS Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on data to support strategic business decisions. This role involves the development and maintenance of management information systems, data extraction and analysis, and the creation of insightful reports to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL-based platforms.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support business operations, compliance, and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver accurate and timely outputs.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validations.
Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible.
Support the design and implementation of new MIS tools and systems.
Maintain documentation for systems, reports, processes, and workflows.
Provide training and support to business users on MIS tools and dashboards.
