• Coordination with Production Planning team for execution of jobs as per the customers’ requirements and priority of deliveries of products
• Guidance and direction for production activities as per the production planning through appropriate job allocation
• Coordination with Quality Assurance team to ensure quality
• Ensuring 5S and KAIZEN activities on regular basis
• Ensuring safe working methods by the employees
• Coordination with tool and die maintenance department to ensure upkeep, maintenance and rework of tools
• Coordination with Maintenance team to ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Ensuring to record daily production activities, machine utilization, operator efficiencies etc.
• Coordination with Dispatch team to ensure appropriate sale documents, dispatch and delivery of consignments to customers
• Interactions with customers on production and product delivery
• Ensuring after sales service to the customers
• Ensuring adherence of regulations as per ISO: 9001:2015 QMS procedures by the concerned departments/sections
• Ensure analysis of Training Needs and arrange for required Training
• Preparation and enumeration on regulations for effective performance of jobs related to Production and ensure effective working in different shifts
• Ensuring to induce discipline among the employees in coordination with Department of HRM
• Elucidate the management on the activities that would be carried out in different phases of Implementation and any other activities related to Operations and as directed by the Management.
