Job Title- outbound Logistics Executive Job Location : Pithampur Job Timing - 9AM to 6PM Working Day- 6 Qualification : B.E, B.Tech , MBA Experience :1 -5 Years System /IT Skill : Experience in SAP/Oracle , Proficient in MS Office Preferred Industry : Automobile / Manufacturing Key Responsibility-Oversee the movement of goods and realted documentations/ information throughout for delivery.Coordinate transportation of goods, including choosing the right mode of transport, securing freight rates, and ensuring timely delivery and reverse logistics.Establish and maintain relationships with logistics partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.Plan & manage customer schedules,order processing, dispatch palnning and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.Analyze sales data and other relevant information to predict future demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.Identify and implement strategies to reduce logistics costs, such as optimizing transportation routes, negotiating better rates with transporters, and improving inventory management.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to transportation, warehousing, and customs.Manage all communication with other user departments to cater the requirement of such respective teams on timely basis.Hands on experience in handling various Audits.Should possess good GST/import/export realted knowledgeShould possess sound communication skills for global engagement.Adhering to any, other duties & responsibilities as and when required.
