The Performance Reviews, Performance Management and Initiatives Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s performance management framework. This role plays a key part in aligning employee performance with business goals by overseeing performance review cycles, setting clear KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The manager will collaborate closely with HR, leadership, and departmental heads to ensure a transparent, consistent, and engaging performance management process. 1. Performance Management Framework
• Develop and manage the overall performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

2. Performance Review Process
• Coordinate and manage annual, mid-year & quarterly performance review cycles.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on the performance review process, expectations, and best practices.
• Analyse performance review data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and organizational needs.3. Employee Development & Feedback
• Partner with HR and leadership to design employee development plans and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement, ensuring regular check-ins and development discussions.
• Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommending training and development programs.
4. Continuous Improvement & Initiatives
• Lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of the performance management process.
• Track the effectiveness of performance management programs and suggest improvements.
• Advocate for and implement best practices to drive performance excellence across the organization.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with HR, leadership, and department heads to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to performance management.
• Act as a key advisor to leadership on performance-related issues and solutions.
