Position description / Job description- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all requests received from stakeholders.
- Track progress of tasks and requests, ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor meeting topics to prevent repetition and ensure engaging discussions.
- Identify and categorize Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) based on established criteria.
- Develop and maintain a database of KOLs, including their contact information and tier status.
- Collaborate with team members to leverage KOL relationships effectively.
- Prepare reports summarizing key findings and trends related to requests and KOL engagement.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges related to information tracking and KOL management.

- You possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or a related field).
- You have 1-3 years of experience in information management, project coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You possess strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
- You have experience with database management and data analysis (advantageous).
