Responsible to liaison with property owners (landlords) to get basic civil work/cleaning done at the store before starting fabrication.
Vendor empanelment and new vendor selection for civil work, store fabrication and fixtures, signage, branding, electrical, glass work, hardware and miscellaneous
Responsible to monitor all projects as per the work orders and NSO store opening plans in order to complete all projects within timelines.
Responsible to design 2D and 3D Layout of each store as per the store size, design and brand guidelines of the company before starting projects
Responsible to provide plan of project implementation and store opening with tentative timelines to all concerned department Heads and Management.
Qualification – BE in Civil Engineering.
• Experience – Preferably 10+ years in Retail Project Management.
• Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• AutoCAD & 2D/3D designing.
• Candidates from Retail Sector will be Preferred.
