       Company: an Auto OEMLocation: Bangalore  Tasks & Accountabilities• Steer and oversee the plant construction • Lead business process analysis, process and system strategy definition, requirement documentation, internal/external stakeholder alignment, and execution planning• Liaise with the Head of Procurement to plan inbound logistics and ensure optimal stock levels in line with the manufacturing requirements• Ensure smooth handover from plant construction to launch and production planning; organize and oversee factory transition; and follow-up on excess planning and post program/service introduction activities• Drive the resolution of cross functional misalignment as needed• Monitor project success through data insights and use them to align on highest impact areas of improvement• Develop a budget and operating plan to support the programs and establish controlling measures for monitoring Skills, Abilities & Know-how• Well versed in production operations• Strong understanding of construction validation process that run in complex cross-functional environment for products involving various teams and manufacturing centers• Leadership experience in large automotive organizations• Experienced with mentoring and fostering teams for new production facilities• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development• Exceptional communication, people & leadership skills Education & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering or related technical fields• 14+ years of experience in a structural engineering/construction project accountability role
