Responsibilities:Onboarding and employee experience-Keeping track of new joiner in the region.-Pre-joining connect with new joiner to help sort issues as necessary and enhance candidate experience.-Coordinate with managers for new joiner induction plan and ensuring successful completion ofinduction plan-Check in with new joiners at determined period to ensure all points closed including IT support,addressing any queries, highlighting issues if any.-Create
