Design, plan, and implement data communication networks using the latest technology to prepare for business growth.Provide daily support of the StoneX LAN, WAN, Wireless and Network Infrastructures. This includes monitoring, administering, and troubleshooting to maximize network availability.Experience with developing professional diagrams and illustrations of network infrastructureExperience with hands-on network engineering operations and supportAbility to resolve incidents, problems, and change requests in accordance with service-level agreements (SLA’s) and approved maintenance windowsAbility to author or supplement existing documentation to reflect environmental changesStrong analytical network troubleshooting skills and proficiency with packet capture toolsAbility to perform complex migrations/upgrades and deploy new technologies/features as the network environment evolvesAbility to apply security and networking concepts to emerging cloud solutions, including Azure and AWSStrong fundamentals in disaster recovery, change management, logging and alerting, and incident responseUse terraform, ansible, and/or python toolsets to automate network repetitive tasks and deployments Job Requirements:5+ years’ experience providing Network Engineering support.5+ years’ experience managing relationships with senior technical customers.3+ years’ experience working with cloud-based infrastructures (AWS & Azure)3+ supporting Cisco ASA/Palo Alto firewalls.3+ supporting F5 load balancers. Experience with automation and orchestration tools.Extensive experience with the following technologies BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, QoS, PBR, VSS, HSRP, STP, WAN Optimization technologies, and Cisco NexusExperience configuring and maintaining Cisco ISE in an enterprise environmentExperience with automation and orchestration tools Terraform, Ansible, and/or Python.Extensive experience supporting Cisco Nexus switching a plusOperational experience with SD-WAN solutions a plusOperational experience with Cisco Meraki (SD-WAN and Wireless) a plusOperational experience with Cisco enterprise wireless networking and designOperational experience with DNS management a plus
