- Prior Engineering or Specialist Engineering equivalent work experience in a product, technology or engineering service role with demonstrated success leading projects and influencing outcomes through either direct or indirect reporting relationships. Must have had managerial/coaching experience of at least one direct report or several indirect reports in a prior technical path role.
