reports, and corrective action plans.

7. Qualifications and Requirements:
1. BE Mechanical
2. Total experience of 2-3 years in quality in the fabrication industry.
3. Experience as a MR (ISO Standard) for 1 years will be an added advantage. Experience as a MR
(ISO Standard) for 1 year and Certification in Welding (AWS / CSWIP 3.1 / BHEL Welding
Course) - will be an added advantage.
4. Sound knowledge and experience of fabrication processes such as Welding, rolling, machining,
cutting, drilling, blasting, and painting related to Oil and Gas industry.
5. Hands on experience on Piping spools Inspections, Structural Inspections, Pressure Vessels &
Tanks, SKIDS Inspections and having knowledge of Reading P&ID is a MUST.
6. Sound knowledge and experience of Section VIII and the overall ASME code, EN code, IBR code,
CE Marking,
7. Sound knowledge of quality management principles and techniques, including ISO standards,
Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.
8. Require ASNT NDT Level II Certification in RT, PT & VT.
