About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Complaint Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, ensuring compliance with global reporting regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to efficiently and effectively address customer concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with safety operations and the Customer Complaint Centre to exchange complaint information, ensuring compliance with worldwide reporting regulations.
- Actively participate in networks of Customer Complaint handlers.
- Maintain continuous contact and interaction with the Customer Complaint Centre (CCC), affiliates, and other departments at headquarters.
- Document and track customer complaints in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Windows applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
