MAIN REPONSIBILITES
• Conducts incoming (receiving) inspection of purchased goods (quality reception,
compliance of goods with accompanying documentation, and if necessary, depending on the
type of goods, performs quality control); in case of non-compliance, prepares a complaint
report and delivers it to the organizational unit responsible for procurement;

• Performs:
Process control of each production process
Final control of finished products and semi-finished products
Control of product packaging
Prepares quality control documentation for the customer along with the
finished/packaged products
Control of tools developed within the company
initial inspection of products to be serviced/repaired, defect analysis, process and
final control of serviced/repaired products
Reevaluation of non-compliant purchased products, products in production, and
finished products in cooperation with the relevant organizational unit
Quality approval and calibration of components
• Authorized to stop any production process that does not comply with regulations and/or
internal acts and takes necessary actions accordingly;
• Participates in the creation, revision, changes, re-issuance, distribution, labeling, storage,
and archiving of internal acts, collaborating with the relevant organizational unit for this
purpose;
• Responsible for proper and timely data entry into the information system proper data
storage, and updates or additions in accordance with internal acts and granted permissions;
• Collaborates with related legal entities regarding tasks within their scope;• Cooperates with other organizational units in the company regarding tasks within their
scope;
• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on activities, assessments, results, and
deviations from defined activities in the manner and within deadlines set by regulations
and/or internal acts;
• Prepares reports, information, etc., related to tasks within their scope, in the format and
within the deadlines defined by the Director, if not already regulated by internal acts;
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records as required;
• Applies health and safety measures, work safety protocols, fire protection, and
environmental protection measures in accordance with regulations and internal acts;
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Director that contribute to task execution or are an
integral part of the tasks under their responsibility, in accordance with internal acts,
knowledge, and skills.
