Primary responsibilities:• Preparation of FAI (FIRST AIRTCLE INSPECTION)• Ensuring the delivery of Quality product to customer in all aspects• Good knowledge of GD& T• Knowledge of 7 Quality Tools• Exposure to ISO & QS management systems• On hand experience of handling Measuring equipment’s like Trimos, CMM, Height master, Vision inspection system.• Incoming raw material Inspection and monitor and review quarterly data based on suppliers’ reports.• Prepare Quality planning documents for inspection activities.• Audit QC process done by the Production team.• Monitor the performance of the Critical parameters Improve AQL• Final audit inspection, process inspection and documents and records• Provide Monthly inspection data and quality assurance reports to senior management• Measuring equipment’s. periodic Calibration• Trouble shooting & NC Handling• ISO audit & another internal audit
