    ROLEThe position would be responsible for creating brand value and positioning of the organisation as a one stop solution in Building Material industry.Responsible to develop and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy that incorporates marketing automation, digital, social and offline channels. Lead strategic and operational decisions within the marketing teamFocus on lead generation activities to drive customer acquisition and the sales funnel. ACCOUNTABILITIESMarketing:Strategic planning including market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and product positioning (cross selling and upselling)Work with MD and SBU heads to identify and develop strategic alliances and close/grow major customer accounts.
