Job Title: Senior Safety Patroller
Location: Uttar Pradesh
Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Reports To: HSE Manager / Safety Officer
Job Purpose:
To ensure a safe and compliant work environment by proactively monitoring site activities, identifying hazards, enforcing safety protocols, and mentoring junior safety staff.

✅ Identify, assess, and report unsafe conditions, hazards, and behaviors.
✅ Enforce compliance with PPE, work permits, and site safety protocols.
✅ Supervise and guide junior safety patrollers and site workers on safe practices.
✅ Participate in incident investigations and contribute to root cause analysis.
✅ Assist in organizing and conducting toolbox talks, mock drills, and safety training.
✅ Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions as per safety audit findings.
✅ Maintain safety documentation: hazard reports, near-miss records, daily safety logs.
✅ Liaise with contractors and site engineers for HSE compliance during critical operations (work at height, confined space, hot work, etc.).
Key Skills & Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum ITI / Diploma / Graduation + Safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, Fire & Industrial Safety Diploma, etc.)
Experience: 5 to 6 years in industrial / manufacturing / construction / plant safety (UP region preferred)
Good knowledge of statutory safety requirements (Factories Act, BOCW Act, etc.)
Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
