- Manage finished goods inventory levels and collaborate with logistics.

We're looking for you, if:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales management within the automotive or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong channel partnerships.
- Strong understanding of sales budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with inventory management and credit control is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of the automotive lubricant market is highly desirable.
