- 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration leadership. Strong knowledge of SAP technology and platform, including experience with S/4HANA data migration. Experience and hand-on knowledge for master data and transactional data in SAP MM or SD or FICO modules.
- Extensive experience in ETL using SAP BODS and SAP IS with respect to SAP Master / Transaction Data Objects in SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP MM, EWM etc. is desirable
- Hands on experience with SAP ABAP and other SAP tools like S4HANA Data Migration Cockpit, BODS, BDC programming and LSMWs. Knowledge of SAP MDG and Information Steward will be added advantage.
- ETLs, Technical skills in SQL, Database (SQL) knowledge, database management, business intelligence, data mining, mass data processing.
- Hands-on experience in executing large End-to-End Implementations / S4 deployment programs.
- Experienced in engaging and partnering with internal customers, teams and suppliers to deliver business systems and processes.
- Experienced on delivering work using Agile, waterfall methodologies. Has good knowledge of how to operate in Agile, Scrum, SAFe setups.
- Experienced as hands on Data migration lead/ team member in defining SAP S4 data migration scope, defining data extraction/transformation and migration strategies/approaches, ability to do detailed planning and estimations, ability to build programs and take lead in managing data validations with business.
- Ability to articulate and resolve timelines for various implementation and cutover activities, serving as technical point and SME for area of responsibilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively. Ability to build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products.
- Highly proactive, self-organized, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good written/verbal communications in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP MM / SD certification, ETL tools, SCM certifications, ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP, SAFe certifications desired but not mandatory
