Role – Senior Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Assisting in directing and administering operations and processes for debt raised.
 Handling end-to-end Debt transactions from data collection to final documentation.
 Check and process all payment processing activities for debt-raising activities.
 Responsible for service provider relationships for all lenders.
 Actively monitor risk by identifying trends and potential issues with operational controls.
 Monitor compliance of lending counterparties with all facility covenants and
requirements.
 Ad hoc research and financial analysis to support new business opportunities.
 Taking a proactive and innovative approach to enhancing processes and maintaining
internal policies and procedures manuals.
 Track deal terms and conditions for existing and prospective debt transactions.
 Work with members of other strategies as needed to provide support.
Requirements:
 Knowledge of new-age fintech NBFCs would be a BIG plus.
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
 Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking, and self-driven leader.
