Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4-6 years of experience in Technology Consulting and Business Analysis, or related fields
Translation of customer requirements into solution design with the ability to guide clients through the decision-making process and consult on best practices or business changes which will improve their solution and experience
Strong technology and business acumen with matching problem-solving skills (business and technical)
Deep understanding of SDLC, RDBMS data structures, and database concepts
Strong skills in SQL development
System integration experience and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work as functional and engagement lead on assigned projects and oversee the work of others as needed while driving customer outcomes
Outstanding service-orientation, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (business and technical)
Past experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Self-aware, motivated, coachable, and able to work seamlessly as part of a larger team
Able to work with minimal or no oversight
Prior experience with the Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain is preferred.
