Key Responsibility Areas:Sales and Margin Management Responsible for sales value achievement for overall business and sales volume of regular products, young products and products under launch (PUL) Implement initiatives to gain share in low market share segments and regions Co-create and implement a repeatable success model for segments and regions Implement remedial action plans for under- performing segments and regions Achieve agreed margin targets at segment and regional level Identify the critical/burning issues of the region affecting sales & take remedial action Key Account Management Ensure engagement with key decision makers of ‘A’ category customers to achieve larger share of business Implement strategy to manage business with B&C category customers Dealer Management Execution of integrated plans to achieve sales objective with respect to dealer schemes (incl. timely settlement of schemes/incentives/ discounts) and dealer relationship. Implement strategy to grow A & B category dealers and rationalise C category dealers Identify poorly performing dealers and take suitable remedial actions Ensure secondary sales performance of key dealers Ensure regular identification of gaps and develop distribution expansion/network management with RSMs Actively monitor dealers w.r.t. conflict of interest and take necessary remedial action
