Senior Planning Engineer Location: Worli ,Mumbai Job Type: Contractual Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience: 5+ years in construction planning & commercial high-rise projects. A Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring comprehensive project schedules.The role ensures that all phases of the construction—from site preparation to structural completion and MEP installations—are delivered on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and safety regulations. Roles & Responsibilities: Project Scheduling & Planning Develop detailed baseline construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Break down the high-rise project into phases (excavation, substructure, superstructure, MEP, façade, finishing). Define milestones, critical paths, and logical sequences of activities. Progress Monitoring & Control Track and update project progress weekly or monthly. Perform earned value analysis (EVA) to measure actual performance vs. planned. Highlight deviations and recommend recovery plans
