- Select appropriate components and design control system architecture for Electric Automation applications.
- Provide expert-level technical support to customers, resolving complex issues related to products and industrial engineering technologies.
- Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to address escalated technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions with precision.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical support documentation for support cases.
- Mentor and guide junior support engineers by sharing knowledge on critical support cases.
- Conduct Assessments to identify the knowledge and skill gaps in the team.
- Develop and deliver product training sessions, focusing on electrical circuits, control panels, servo motors and drives, closed-loop systems, fieldbus, PLCs, and motion controllers.
- Stay updated with the latest developments, technical specifications, and industry trends in industrial engineering technologies.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering is preferred or a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of technical support experience in industrial automation, with expertise in electrical circuits, control panels, servo motors and drives, closed-loop systems, fieldbus, PLCs, and motion controllers and currently working as a trainer for a minimum of 3 years. Total 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Electric Automation products is advantageous.
- Proven problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities.
- Passion for documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding junior support engineers.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support and training (not exceeding 20% of business days in a year).
