Job Description:
The Export Finance Senior Analyst will be responsible for executing financial processes, accounting routines, databases and export P&L management to support the Logistic function across the organization. This role will work closely with local Supply Chain Finance and Logistic teams to drive operational excellence, perform financial routines, design higher management reports, and identify cost savings opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, an analytical mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- End of Month Closing Execution: Assist in preparation of monthly close, accruals and invoice management, download reports from SAP to perform closing debit and credit entries, JET Parking, Intercompany reconciliation, Sea Freight Cost understanding and P&L reconciliation.
- Reporting and Communication: Preparing and presenting company's performance reports (actual, forecast, strategic plan and budget) and analysis to upper management.
- Pricing Maintenance: Manage Global Exports requests and inquiries, document and track all requests and resolutions, upload requests of prices into SAP.
- Anti-diversion Routines: Database management using Tableau to perform orders analysis based on defined parameters.
- Customer Master Data Maintenance.
- Ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Required. Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field preferred.
- Financial modeling and analytical skills required, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
