Job Description
Work as a coordinator between Supplier to meet Part development requirements. Shall guide Suppliers for Process improvements and to meet QCD requirements.
1. Understanding of 2D drawings, Engineering standards and Feasibility study.
2. Feasibility study & meetings review with Suppliers and design ...
3. Prepare Summary of SE closure items and Confirmation of closure with supplier & drawing
4. Preparation of SPTT mile stones schedules w.r.t to Master schedule.
5. Understanding of Customer Specific requirements and incorporate requirements during feasibility review
6. Understanding of Different process flow and suggest improvements for QCD.
7. Guide/Prepare Micro activity schedule to meet master schedule time line for parts submission
8. Periodic follow up on Supplier tooling progress and improvements.
9. Conduct SPTT audits, preparation of audit summary and follow up for closure of observations.
10. Department monthly MIS presentation preparation
11. Preparation of PV presentation documents.
12. Interact with interdepartment for event samples inspection activities and Counter measure of NG points.
13. Can able to conduct System & process audit.
14. Identify abnormalities and escalate timely to the management
15. Supplier Performance monitoring and follow up for Actions.
16. Leading supplier improvement actions for development and mass production Process concerns
17. Guide supplier on requirements of MSIL VSA & Honda QAV mile stone events.
18. Training & development of team
Skill set Required
1. Good Communication Skill
2. GD & T knowledge & Problem soving techniques
3. Measuring instruments knowledge Such as Vernier, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Snap, Plug & Thread Gauges
4. Process knowledge such as Casting, machining, Forging & Assembly process.
5. Soft Skills such as MS Excel, Power Point & MS Word
6. Maruti Suzuki & Honda Cars Customer mile stone requirements including VSA & QAV audit requirements
