We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for efficient warehouse management and a proven track record in the automotive industry.
TasksResponsibilities include receiving, verifying, and stocking spare parts; issuing goods based on material requisition slips; maintaining accurate storekeeping records; conducting perpetual inventory counting; identifying and stocking warranty failure parts; packaging warranty failure parts, creating necessary documentation, and dispatching them; verifying inventory accuracy regularly; monitoring inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Store Keeper in the automotive industry is required. A solid understanding of warehousing principles and practices, proficiency in inventory keeping and verification techniques, familiarity with spare parts packaging standards, experience in logistics handling and SLA monitoring, intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with 5S methodology, and knowledge of DMS (Document Management System) or similar systems are essential. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills are also crucial.
