● Define roles, set objectives, and monitor progress within the IT department.
● Implement IT policies, processes, and compliance controls.
● Collaborate with the security team to ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in
place.
● Monitor and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and

● Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to manage IT services and
solutions.
● Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand and address IT
requirements.
