Well-versed with recruiting through LinkedIn, Naukri and other online job portals: Candidates must have hands-on experience of utilizing all recruiting tools offered by the platform such as posting jobs, mass communication, creating projects and business analytics.

Comfortable with conducting pre-screening calls with potential candidates ensuring their interest in the position, work location, etc.
