The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and supporting clinical usage of our medical device portfolio in the assigned territory. The TSM will collaborate with hospitals, surgeons, physiotherapists, and distribution partners to ensure consistent business growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned region through effective territory planning and customer engagement.
* Promote Avana’s product portfolio to healthcare professionals in line with compliance and marketing guidelines.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare providers, and channel partners.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
* Support surgical cases or clinical usage (as needed) by providing technical product expertise.
* Ensure timely order booking and collection from channel partners.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and inventory in the CRM system.
* Report market intelligence, competitor activities, and sales performance to the reporting manager.
* Travel within the territory as required for customer visits, meetings, and training.
