<ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>10+ years of Experience.</p></li><li><p>Experience of around 4-6 years of relevant experience in Testing Center of Excellence.</p></li><li><p>A firm understanding of Digital, Mobile and Data automation.</p></li><li><p>The ability to develop strategies, test plans, and test cases around Legacy and NextGen technologies (Mobile, React, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Exceptional programming skills in one or more than one languages – JAVA, Python.</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform Proof of Concepts, Tool feasibility, tool comparisons.</p></li><li><p>The ability to do gap analysis, project assessment and build improvement and implementation roadmaps. </p></li><li><p>Working on Test Strategy for Complex Data Projects.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of Software Architecture.
