ROLE :SDET/QA engineer <p>·Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI testing (using Selenium) and API Testing (using Postman/Newman)</p><p>·Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDrivers for testing automation.</p><p>·Write reusable, maintainable and efficient test scripts in programming languages like Python or JavaScripts.</p><p>·Collaborate with development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.</p><p>·Develop, execute and maintain functional, integration, regression and performance test cases.</p><p>·Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps</p><p>·Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.</p><p>·Familiarity with BDD tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.</p><p>·Preferrable ISTQB or equivalent certification</p><p>·Technical, creative, and efficient extraction of related data and analysis techniques to ensure quality for prescribed business uses. Knowledge of different database systems and data relationships are critical in this role. Manages and performs all aspects of data analysis and validation, and application functional testing activities for a given effort.</p><p>·Manual and automated test case creation / execution for testing projects related to healthcare. The position requires deep technical skills, the ability to grasp business concepts quickly and experience working in an agile environment.</p><p>·Oversees and performs all aspects of application testing activities for Web / Mobile iOS / Android functional and automated testing of both native, hybrid and web applications</p><p>·Recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in testing & mobile. Coaches associate test analysts and test analysts.</p><p>·Analyzes functional requirements for initiatives that are expected to return significant business value, may require a change to enterprise business solution(s).</p><p>·Leads and or validates the development and accuracy of test cases, test data, traceability matrix, and metrics to ensure all testing requirements are accurate. Communicates / presents results to IT and key stakeholders. Tracks and verifies any required corrections and ensures completion.</p><p>·Modifies test cases, assists the development team in recreation of defects, validates defect fixes based on documented defects</p><p>·Diagnoses results and analyzes large output datasets for accuracy and integrity across multiple systems; analyze cross-functional impact of changes in relationship to software updates, bug fixes, new releases of software internally or externally developed. Communicates results to IT and key stakeholders. Tracks and verifies any required corrections and ensures completion.</p><p>·Helps to ensure project testing activities are completed on–time and without delivery of critical defects to the field; ensures team members are properly prepared and enabled to complete their assigned duties</p><p>·Ability to work with development to build and execute automated tests</p><p>·Participates in development planning meetings with the product analyst and development team and communicates with business and IT on the status of testing activities and other assigned activities in meeting project delivery deadlines</p><p>·Participate in discussions with stakeholders pertaining to project estimates, schedules and critical issues that would prevent go / no–go</p><p>·Continually incorporates process efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
