Job Title/Grade: Branch Manager Reporting To: Regional Head Age: Upto 32 years Principal Accountabilities Business Targets • Achieve branch disbursement targets for Housing & Mortgage Loans and insurance premiums.• Meet the branch's Weighted Average Yield target.• Drive portfolio growth for the branch while retaining existing customers. Lead Generation & Management• Monitor and guide Sales Officers across locations to ensure a consistent business flow.• Regularly empanel direct sourcing agents to secure steady business from primary sourcing channels.• Plan and execute monthly marketing activities for each location, tracking progress daily.• Ensure that all Sales Officers meet monthly productivity standards. Business Process Flow & Management• Oversee housing loan file logins, ensuring compliance with Aham HFC's product and policy norms.• Conduct location visits to meet customers for loan proposal appraisals.• Ensure complete documentation for housing loan files submitted for approval.• Manage post-sanction disbursement documentation.• Ensure customer satisfaction with all loans sanctioned and disbursed by Aham HFC. Team Recruitment & Training • Recruit and train Sales Officers, ensuring productivity levels align with company standards. Portfolio Quality Management• Oversee portfolio quality management and ensure timely closure of outstanding post-disbursal documentation.• Manage delinquent accounts, taking necessary actions to regularize loans as required. Person Profile • Educational Qualification: Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree. • Experience: 8 to 12 years, with mandatory experience in Housing Loans
