Evaluating credit investment opportunities would involve performing fundamental analysis, capital
structure analysis and in-depth understanding of business and industry.
On a day-to-day basis, the analyst will work on primary / secondary deals, prepare investment
memoranda and present their investment thesis to onsite team and investment committee.
Candidate will also monitor existing investments including quarterly / monthly reporting and key
developments.
Candidates should have first-hand experience of working on investment memos including detailed
financial modelling, capital structure analysis, business overview, relative valuation, and key
investment thesis in a presentable format. Job also entails team management responsibilities, but
KRA would be working on deals and investment ideas.
