Customer Interaction
- Excellent communication skills; regular telephonic conversations with our customers to collect their feedback basis a set survey form and probe further to gain deeper understanding
2.
Data Entry
- Record conversations (verbatims) and data on platforms like forms and excel in an organized way that can be further used for analysis
3.
Language Fluency
- Fluent in at least 3 of the mentioned languages – English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil
4.
Punctuality
- Ensure adherence to targets, timelines and processes
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education and/ or specific experience
- Graduation (any degree)
Skills and/or knowledge
- Excellent conversational/communication, presentation and organization skills
- Basics of Microsoft Excel, Forms etc.
