Job Description:
Acts as the interface between customers and the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive profitability to Dow. Provides solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners (Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Executes the order entry process and manages end-to-end order fulfilment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers.
- Coordinates activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues and implement solutions.
- Maintains service levels according to business prioritization
- Differentiates between customer requirements and our capabilities; choose the best/cost effective solution.
- Supports commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses.
Experience and requirements:
- Education: Bachelors Degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in supplychain
- SAP knowledge preferred
- International order & export order handling experience preferred
